She wanted to buy a pair of traveling shoes. So I told it to the salesgirl. The lady was very much（刪掉）glad when she took it(them). She sings(sang) high praise for my spoken English.                                  My hobby

My favorite sport is swimming. I first became keen on swimming when I was eight years old in primary school. Now I am a member of my school swimming team and I keep on swimming every day in the river near my home even in winter. I like swimming because not only can it help me build up my body, but it can also enrich my life in my spare time. So I can never stop my love for swimming. I admire Michael Phelps, who is one of the best athletes in the world and got 8 gold medals in Beijing Olympics. How I wish I could be an Olympic champion myself some day!

I am keen on sports and my favorite sport is basketball. At my tenth birthday, I got my first basketball as a gift. From then on, I can hardly tear myself from it. I often play basketball with my classmates after school and play with my friends on weekends. I like playing basketball because it can make me strong and healthy. Moreover, when I play basketball, I forget all my worries and the stress from my study. More importantly, I can also make lots of friends, who have the same interest as I do. So I hope and plan to play basketball until I am too old to do it.

　 My hobby is reading books. I was fascinated by some colorful picture books when I was a little girl. Since then, I can’t tear myself from it. I like reading books because I can learn a lot of knowledge by reading books. I love reading books because it can bring me into a fantastic world to explore the unknown. More importantly, reading books can teach me to become a kind, valuable person to the mankind. Reading books can also help me to deal with problems. I am enthusiastic about reading books so much that I’ve even planned to become a writer in the future. May books be my friends forever!
