Dear Manager,

I’m very thankful for your great service while staying at your hotel, but I left my camera in your hotel. So I’m writing to ask for your help.

I checked in on July 3 and out on July 7 and stayed in Room 205. When the time came to an end I left in a rush for the airport, and I made the mistake of leaving my camera in the room. It was a precious gift from my father, which I value greatly. It is a black Canon EOS 70D. I would appreciate it very much if you could help me find it.

If found, the camera can be posted back to me by using the address on the envelope. Of course, I will pay the postage.
